Exchanges and Returns

Exchange Policy | You can exchange your product for free! 

  • Exchanges are free and no restocking fees will apply.
  • Any balance due to your exchange will be refunded or credited to the credit card submitted with your original order.
  • All products are exchangeable or returnable.  


To exchange your product, simply ship it back:

  • In its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free,  with the protective seals intact - Any scarf or sweater which has been worn can't be exchanged..
  • Maximum 14 days after reception of your parcel.

As soon as we receive your mail, we will issue you a coupon for the value of the initial purchase with no delay and no charge! With that coupon you will be able to reorder the product you would like to receive on our website. If the product you now wish to receive is cheaper than the value of the initial purchase, we will issue you a coupon for the value of the new product, and refund you or credit your credit card for the difference between the prices of the products. Return Policy | Just ship it back, we pay you back! 

  • Just ship us back your product you didn't like and we'll refund you 100%.
  • We will refund the credit card you submitted with your original order.

Returning a Mooncats product 

1. Make sure to ship back your entire product in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free - Any scarf or sweater which has been worn can't be exchanged.

2. Print and complete the Return and Exchange form found below.  This form must be included in your package to ensure timely service and credit for return.

- Returns and Exchanges from the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and US territories):  Please print the following free USPS First Class Return Label and the Return and Exchange form: US Form

- Returns and Exchanges from outside the U.S. and Canada are not currently offered a free pre-made return label. Shipping costs of returns and exchanges from outside the U.S. and Canada are the responsibility of the customer. Please include the Return and Exchange form in your package:ROW form

3. Tape the Return Label over an envelope or box. 

4. Give your package to your mailman or drop it at the nearest post office. Do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this will result in delays.

Please note that Mooncats does not offer any tracking services on labels for exchanges or returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are welcome to purchase alternative shipping methods that allow for tracking or insurance on the package.

There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.

 

Eligibility
Your product must be in its original box, clearly untouched, unworn and odor-free - Any scarf or sweater which has been worn can't been returned.
If your product is ineligible for exchange or return we can:

  • Return the product to you (we pay for the shipping).
  • Donate the product to the American Cancer Society. You will receive a coupon for 20% off on a future purchase with mooncats.com for your donation to charity. Ineligible products will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.
